Workflow from submission to publication
Submission Workflow status updates are posted via Google Drive: MyDrive > Submissions / Submission Workflow
Here you will find instructions to process submitted content, to review it, to edit it, and to publish it online. Submission form is used to upload documents (instructions are included)
This draft workflow is being revised and integrated with JotForm and Google Drive.

Submission Files Distribution
A. Editors receive emailed Submission files via JotForm.com (Site Admin sets up editor emails)
B. Site Admin or editor uploads file submissions to Google Drive: MyDrive > Submissions > 1-Original-files / files
C. JotForm automatically updates activity spreadsheet on Google Drive: MyDrive > Jotform / Submission_Form
D. JofForm automatically uploads submission forms to Google Drive: MyDrive > Submission_form / files
E. Site Admin or editor uploads work files to Google Drive: MyDrive > Submissions > 2-Work-files / files
F. Editor copy/pastes edited submission onto designated website page
G. Site Admin or editor copy/pastes posted submission to Google Drive: MyDrive > Submissions > 3-Published-files / files
